The Website and content is available in English Language. The English version is the original version and the only one binding on ENVISAGE VENTURE SECURITY; it shall prevail on any other version in case of discrepancy. ENVISAGE VENTURE SECURITY shall not be responsible for any erroneous, inadequate, or misleading translations from the original version into other languages.

Envisage Venture Security as the company with registration number 984753608, holding financial services license, offers access to its web page and use related services by any individual or corporate entity (hereinafter referred to as the Client) according to the procedure and on the terms and conditions described in this Agreement.

The Agreement becomes effective as of the date when the Client opened an investment account and transferred funds to the Company’s account(s) to ensure minimum deposit.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

• Client shall fold his EVS account within two weeks from the date of its opening in an amount not less than the minimum initial deposit.
• The Company has the right to close/cancel an amount with balance less than 10 US dollar if the above account existed for more than 2 weeks.
• Client may request withdrawal of funds from his EVS account in the amount not used to cover the margin, but not more than the current balance. The minimum withdrawal amount allowed is $10 USD for compounding accounts.
• Client places a fund withdrawal order using the company website’s interface. The Company is not responsible for any third party access to the Client personal information and withdrawal orders. Once an order has been received, the withdrawal amount will be deducted from the balance.
• In some cases deposits may take up to 24 hours after receiving client’s order. The security service of the company has the right to hold the order up to 24 hours, having notified the client.
• Clients will be given the EVS deposit wallet address during the deposit process in the account.
• During deposit, Clients are to use the company’s wallet address received from EVS official website only. The Company won’t be held responsible for funds transferred to wrong wallet address by Clients and does not offer investigation services or refunds for wrong transactions made by Clients.
• Company reserves the right to reject a request for withdrawal in case of an explicit intention to exchange customer funds from one payment system to another.

CUSTOMER AND COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

• Company cannot be held liable for Client’s actions or inactions during conversion operations. Responsibility for investment account monitoring is the Client’s duty.
• Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement notifying the Client about it at least 2 business days prior to the effective date of these amendments. Posting the relevant information on the main page of the website for the period of at least 3 days is also considered as notification.
• All rights and obligations of the Company and the Client represent a long-term commitment, which remains in force up until the Company receives a Client’s notice of termination of this agreement or closing his EVS account.
• Company cannot be held responsible for non-fulfilment of any obligations involving quality of online communication of information to the Client terminal or use of information, software, and interfaces of websites which do not belong to the Company.
• Client realizes that any market recommendations and information communicated to the Client by the Company, its representatives, or third parties do not constitute as an offer to make operation/transaction.

CLIENTS REALISE THAT:

• any action committed by the Client or third parties (by Client’s fault or with Client’s participation), which destabilize the Company’s business or performance of the Company’s services, equipment, or software may result in the Company’s refusal (on the basis of private law) of servicing the Client’s current investment account and cancellation of all trading orders, with full refund of the remaining deposit. Company must notify the Client about the reasons for the above decision. Company also may reject such Client’s new registration in the future.
• Persons under 18 years or under the age of majority, which is legally allowed to participate in financial deals, can not use the services of the Website. The Client declares and guarantees that his age is minimum 18 years old and the information provided to the Company is true and correct.
• He shall notify the Company about any change in his information within one day after the change took place.
• the e-mail address used by the Client is not in use by anyone else. Any and all notices, requests, complaints, and information received from this address are considered as sent by the Client.
• Company may request from Client a confirmation of accuracy of the personal account data for a due diligence and in the event of a withdrawal request. Company may request a notarized copy of the Client’s ID and the document proving his place of residence. Inability to provide requested documents may result in the Company’s refusal (on the basis of private law) of servicing the Client’s current investment account and cancellation of all request. Company must notify the Client about the reasons for the above decision. Company also may reject such Client’s new registration in the future.
• In case of double registration of the same Client, the Company has the right to cancel duplicated registrations, cancel opened positions and withdrawal requests. All duplicated accounts will be frozen for investigation purposes.

THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY:

• Compliance with financial discipline involving the accrual of returns in according to the terms of EVS business plans.
• Generating returns from deposits and securing all possible risk involved.
• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of EVS website.
• Introduction of modern methods of personal data protection.
• Creation of conditions for successful EVS project activity of Clients, including information and technical support.

CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY:

• Create an account from an IP address; it is inadmissible to create an account using your own referral link.
• Fraudulent activities are inadmissible; actions that may cause financial or reputational damage to EVS are prohibited.
• Registration on EVS website means automatic consent to the rules of cooperation as well as free consent to the processing of personal data participation in the affiliate program. Every registered member can be our partner by referring new members using their own referral link. To create a network of referrals, you can use a personal blog, specialized forums, pages in social networks, your own website and advertising campaigns in search engines. Referral bonuses are credited to the referee's account immediately after verifying the referrals deposit.

1. Registration

Registration on EVS website is a compulsory procedure that will give an access to participate in the EVS project. To open an account, provide your details and withdrawal receiving e-wallet on the registration form. It is also necessary to come up with a strong password that will ensure the security of your personal data and funds.

2. Deposit replenishment

To replenish the money to your deposit, you can use one of the electronic payment systems recommended for use on our website. Note that the accrual of fees is only from the payment systems; EVS does not it's investors any additional fee. The amount of deposit should correspond to the range of the EVS business plan chosen. It determines the returns credited to your account automatically. Each investor has the right to choose amount of investment based on condition and financial capability.

3. Withdrawal of funds

To make this transaction, make sure that the amount in your account exceeds the minimum required amount of $10, then fill out the withdrawal request, which will be processed within 48 working hours.

4. Participation in the affiliate program

To participate in the affiliate program, you should use your unique referral link (you can find it in your account) when advertising our company. Users who accessed our website through your link will automatically become your referrals and you will earn a referral commission of 5% when they deposit.

5. Please note that you're required to use a referral link to get registered as a member of EVS , you should get a link from the person who introduced you to EVS or visit the admin to sign up with the admin referral link. Referral commissions gotten from the admin account will be given to charity.

6. Note that accounts not activated 2 weeks after registration would be deactivated and would need reactivation before deposit. Accounts will be deleted permanently a week after deactivation.

In the Agreement any reference to an individual person shall include corporate entities, unincorporated associations, partnerships and individuals.

Headings and notes in the Agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the contents and interpretation of the Agreement.

In the Agreement references to any law shall include references to any statutory modification or re-enactment thereofore to any regulation or order made under such law, statute or enactment (or under such a modification or re-enactment).
